You have to know what you want and who you are.
If you think about it, we spend a decent amount of time and money celebrating the successes and milestones of others — whether it’s their birthdays, new homes and jobs, weddings and newborns, or anniversaries. And we’d celebrate them in a heartbeat. But when it comes to our own achievements, we are decidedly less generous. Well, ladies, wake up and smell the year 2023 — an era of self-care and self-love. Now more than ever, women are encouraged to take better care of themselves as an act of empowerment. Love yourself, and celebrate yourself, because the people you care about will benefit from you being the best version of yourself. In case you need a good reason to get started, we may have a few.

When one door closes, another one is already opening and ready to receive you. Look ahead and celebrate what will be, with the wisdom of what has been. Say “hello” to a brand new chapter, and gear up for new adventures. Spread your wings and take flight into your future.
Growing Up
We live in an age where age, truly, is just a number. Nobody looks their age anymore. Jane Fonda is 81? (The woman looks younger than we feel some days. Julia Roberts is 51? Whatever mystic pizza she’s having, we are having more.) Kiernan Shipka is 19? (That’s just mad, man). Growing up is no longer synonymous with growing old — at least that’s how it looks. And that’s cause enough for celebration, if you ask us. If your birthday is around the corner, gift yourself a little something for the beautiful and wiser woman you’ve become. Happy birthday!
